Internship - Class of 2019

Nationwide

Summary

The goal of the Lipman Summer Internship Program is to provide participants a brief, yet comprehensive, overview of our company; its history, business, operation, strategies, goals and values. Our program is designed to be flexible, enabling each intern to be exposed to as many divisions of Lipman Family Farms as possible, yet tailored to fit both the intern’s area of interest and the company needs.

Interns will be involved in the day-to-day business: intricacies of their assigned area of operation, pressures of different environments, volatility of product markets, daily work routines, company politics, public relations, business risks, state and federal policies and associated opportunities of each.
