Salsa Verde

This recipe was created for Lipman’s employee salsa competition.
Ingredients
- 10 tomatillos
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 or 2 jalapenos
- 1 serano
- 1 green pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions
- Broil or char all vegetables until brown and wilted. Let cool then add all ingredients in blender or food processor until pureed.
- Serve and enjoy!
